Prestige Falcon City Chennai is the new Prestige Group project planned in Medavakkam. It is not called Prestige Medavakkam.

The project is located on Medavakkam–Sholinganallur Road near Global Hospital. It is spread over 23 acres and has 22 towers with 2,170 apartments.

The township offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. Apartment sizes range from 1,001 to 2,735 sq. ft. Prices start from ₹1.30 crore and go up to ₹3.54 crore.

The pre-launch is planned for 01 December 2026. The official launch is set for 15 December 2026. RERA approval is pending, and possession is planned for 31 December 2031.

The Medavakkam location gives the project access to OMR jobs, future Metro stations, hospitals, schools and the main roads towards Tambaram and Velachery.
